VFI replied:

VFI replied:

Yes, ticket.vfi.my does require its customers to go through a registration process. You are encouraged to have an account with us to enjoy member-only benefits from us.

Where can I obtain the invoice or ticket after booking a seat online?

VFI replied:

1.After booking online at ticket.vfi.my, you will receive an order summary from us. This order summary will serve as the e-ticket or invoice and will be used for boarding.
2.If you have a membership account with us, you may login and go to “My Tickets” to view your orders. The e-ticket or invoice will be available with a single click.

I have lost my invoice or ticket, where can I get a replacement?

VFI replied:

Please refer the question: “Where can I obtain the invoice or ticket after booking a seat online?”

Customer asks:

Is it mandatory to take a printout of the ticket?

VFI replied:

No, you may either print out your order summary or have it ready to view on your phone or tablet. However, it is advisable to take a printout of the ticket. You are also required to carry the ID proof that was provided at the time of booking.

Do I need to fill in all the passengers’ name if I’m buying the bus tickets in group?

VFI replied:

No, you don’t have to. Just key in your details because only one representative from the group is required for any group purchasing of tickets from us.

How long before the actual departure date can I book my ticket?

VFI replied:

Ticket is open for sales usually 1 week in advance.

Customer asks:

How do I get to know if there is any delay or changes on the trip?

VFI replied:

We or bus operators might call or email to inform you if there is any delay or changes, please make sure that your contact number and email are correct, so that we could contact you successfully.

Customer says:

Why I cannot get certain searched schedules from the website but when I call the counter they said the particular trips are still available for sales?

VFI replied:

Some trips are not opened online but are available offline, if thats the case you need to go to the bus counter to buy them.

Does the owner of the credit card with which the ticket is purchased need to be one of the passengers?

VFI replied:

No, a passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own.

Customer asks:

Is there a transaction fee or admin fee?

VFI replied:

We do charge a minimal transaction fee or admin fee. But occasionally during promotion, we also offer zero admin charges on selected bus trips at ticket.vfi.my.

What payment options do I have?

VFI replied:

Temporary we only offer payment options as below:
1. Interbank Transfer (Malaysian Bank)
2. Paypal Account Payment
3. Debit card (VISA, MasterCard) - Coming Soon

VFI replied:

1. Please login and go to http://ticket.vfi.my/history to check if your order summary is there.
2. If it is not there, please email enquiry@vfi.my as soon as possible, along with your booking email address, bus trip and price so that we can revert back to you on the day itself.

1. Please login and go to http://ticket.vfi.my/history to check if your order summary is there.
2. If it is not there, please email enquiry@vfi.my as soon as possible, along with your booking email address, bus trip, price and a screenshot of the successful payment done (with your respective bank) so that we can revert back to you on the day itself.

Is it safe to use my bank details or my credit card on this site?

VFI replied:

Yes! all payment details and credit card information is handled by our third-party payment gateway like MOLPay and Paypal. We can also assure you that we do not save your banking details in our site to avoid any securities issues

What is your refund & return policy?

VFI replied:

All tickets are sold “AS IS”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
